Because there is no good ignition for 6V systems on the market, we decided to make our own.
Easy installation and easy re-installing the old contact breaker ignition in case of a (mostly impossible) defect of the electronic ignition
Specifications:
Voltage to ground: +3.0V to max. +22V (voltage must not exceed +24V!)
Current consumption: approx. +7mA
switching current: +10A
Speed range: 0 rpm to max. 10,000 rpm (shutdown at > 10,000 rpm)
Temperature range: -25°C to +135°C
Maximum switch-on time of the ignition coil: 2 minutes (when engine is off)
